Pre-Conference Workshop: Prendo Project Simulation - Stakeholders Management

Scheduled date: 13 May 2013

Traditional training in stakeholder management is often delivered in short programmes, but is not always effective in changing behaviour. Developing stakeholder management skills during real projects can be effective, but is risky, time-consuming and expensive.

Wouldn’t it be good if you could compress the experience of a stakeholder management mission into a few hours, and get the best of both worlds?
