5 days Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification Course (37 contact hours)

This is the perfect course for project managers who require a formal project management training, or as a refresher in project management fundamentals AND PMP® exam preparation. The training programme from day-1 to day-3 provides the course participants the fundamental project management knowledge and framework that is aligned to the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). On day-4 and day-5, the training shifts specifically to the PMP® exam itself, where course particiants will receive 16 hours of intensive and highly-focused exam preparation training.
